POLÍTICAS DE DEVOLUCIÓN O CAMBIO

Con el ánimo de satisfacer totalmente a nuestra amable clientela, siempre existe la posibilidad de devolver o cambiar su pedido.

Antes de realizar la devolución debe comunicarse con nosotros  a través del departamento de Servicio al Cliente. Para darle instrucciones acerca de la devolución, envíenos un mensaje a returns@audiolibrosenespanol.com o llámenos al 954.404.9291

Cualquier audiolibro puede ser reintegrado dentro de un plazo máximo de 10 días a partir de la fecha de entrega y debe ser devuelto en condiciones normales, con empaque original y sin muestra o signos  de haber sido utilizado.  La siguiente es la dirección para devoluciones:

El monto de la compra será acreditado  a su cuenta. Ud. puede utilizar este crédito en el momento que lo estime conveniente. Los costos de manejo y envío no se incluyen en el crédito asignado.

Si la devolución es por un audiolibro defectuoso o porque no era  el solicitado en la orden original, Audiolibros En Espanol asumirá los gastos de devolución y reenvío en su totalidad.

We want our customers to be completely satisfied; our goal is excellent customer service. We understand that there could be a possibility of a customer wanting to return a product.

Before trying to return any audiobook please let us know by e-mail at returns@audiolibrosenespanol.com or call us at 954.404.9291

Any of our products can be returned within 10 days of your purchase. The audiobook must be returned without external damages and in its original box.  It must appear not to have been used. The return address is:

The amount of your purchase will be credited to your account. You can use this credit to purchase any other item in our inventory at any time. Shipping charges are not included in the Exchange credit.

If you are returning an audiobook because it was damaged or it’s not the one you ordered, we will return the amount of purchase and the shipping charges.
